The race schedules are kicking into high gear; what a great sign of the season! Be sure that as you come out of winter hibernation, you are taking care of your bodies!
Schedule some time on the table sooner rather than later to ensure that you are in top competing condition — over this year I’ve helped many achieve PRs in Iron Man’s, Marathons, Century Rides…and of course worked with an awesome group through Boston Marathon training (and post-race repair of course!).
Regular work is the BEST way for you to keep your body feeling good, and to keep those bragging rights coming as you kick butt all summer – come on in!
